We are seeking a talented professional to fill the role of an Assistant Manager Recruitment.

The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of relevant recruitment experience and will play a key part in overseeing end-to-end recruitment processes to attract and hire top talent.

This role requires strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a good understanding of recruitment strategies and HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct initial screening and shortlist candidates based on qualifications and experience.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Maintain recruitment metrics and reports to track hiring progress and improve processes.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws during recruitment activities.
  • Support HR team in other related tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) or related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle recruitment for multiple positions simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
