Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound chat support for our e-commerce platform. You will provide timely and effective support to clients, troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints, and collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction. Your excellent communication skills, adaptability, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will make you an ideal candidate for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Handle inbound chat support for our e-commerce platform.
  2. Provide timely and effective support to clients via chat, email, or phone calls.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must possess:
  1. A strong educational background, preferably with a degree in a relevant field.
  2. At least one year of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in e-commerce or related industries.
  3. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  4. Familiarity with MS Office and Excel, with the ability to learn new software quickly.
