Job Title: Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Finance team in a key role. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing fund accounting operations, ensuring timely and accurate reporting, and maintaining compliance with regulatory and internal standards.

About the Role

The incumbent will be responsible for managing fund accounting operations, including NAV calculation, financial reporting, bank and fund positioning, and regulatory compliance. They will also be required to liaise with internal and external auditors to support audit processes and ensure timely completion.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Accurately calculate and announce Net Asset Values (NAVs) for assigned funds in a timely manner.
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
    • Maintain and report daily bank and fund positions to ensure accurate cash flow tracking.
    • E nsure timely submission of all regulatory and management reports as per SECP and internal deadlines.
    • Liaise with internal and external auditors to support audit processes and ensure timely completion.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must have a minimum 2 – 4 years of relevant experience in finance, preferably in the financial services or asset management industry. Strong understanding of accounting standards, financial reporting, and regulatory frameworks is essential. Excellent analytical, coordination, and communication skills are also required.
