Job Title: Fund Accountant Manager

Overview:

A highly experienced financial professional with a minimum of 4 years of experience as a fund accountant is required to manage funds and ensure accurate financial statements, schedules, and reports.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Statement Preparation:
  • Preparation of quarterly, half-yearly, and annual financial statements of the funds;
  • Preparation of schedules and statements related to Quarterly, Half-Yearly & Annual accounts.
  • Bank Reconciliation:
  • Reconciliation of bank statements.
  • Distribution Workings:
  • Preparation and verification of distribution workings as per announcement.
  • Audit Procedures:
  • Liaison with auditors on a half-year and annual basis for audit procedures.
  • Investment Portfolio Verification:
  • Verification of investment portfolio prior to the announcement of daily offer/redemption prices of units of respective funds.
  • NAV Preparation:
  • Preparation of daily NAV of funds.
  • Announcement:
  • Announcement of daily NAV through email and website.
  • Regulatory Reports:
  • Preparation of regulatory reports for submission.
  • SMA Accounting:
  • Execution of proper accounting of SMAs on a daily basis.
  • Month End Reporting:
  • Execution of month-end reporting to internal departments.
  • Additional Tasks:
  • Any other task may be assigned from time to time.
