About This Role

In this critical position, you will play a pivotal role in forging and sustaining robust relationships with our clients and agency partners. As the primary point of contact, you will be instrumental in ensuring client satisfaction and driving business growth through effective need management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships, identify client objectives, and serve as the central point of contact for all client-related matters.
  • Opportunity Pursuit: Identify opportunities, present services to clients/partners, develop strategic proposals, negotiate contracts/pricing, and ensure profitable outcomes.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee campaign execution, coordinate with internal teams, monitor performance, provide insights for optimization, and address issues to guarantee client satisfaction.
  • Strategic Partnership Development: Collaborate with clients and agency partners to create strategic marketing plans aligned with their business objectives.
  • Strategic Consultation: Offer strategic guidance and insights to clients, leveraging industry expertise and best practices.
  • Industry Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging marketing technologies to provide innovative solutions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 4-5 years of experience in a media agency, PR, or integrated marketing agency role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Business Acumen: Proven track record in client management, business development, and revenue growth.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze data, derive insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Digital Marketing: Familiarity with digital media, influencer marketing, and the agency ecosystem.
  • Marketing Automation: Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM platforms.
  • Presentation Skills: Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
