We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to support our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience and a passion for crafting engaging content, managing social channels, and analyzing performance data.

  • Support the planning, scheduling, and publishing of content across all social media platforms.
  • Research current social media trends, hashtags, and audience behavior to inform content strategy.
  • Maintain a structured monthly content calendar aligned with marketing goals and campaign timelines.
  • Collaborate closely with designers to ensure timely delivery of creative assets and visual consistency across channels.
  • Monitor page engagement, respond to comments/messages where necessary, and escalate issues when needed.
  • Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers) and assist in preparing weekly/monthly reports.
  • Contribute to campaign execution, influencer outreach, and brainstorming sessions for content ideas and growth initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media Sciences, Communication, or a related field.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with key social media platforms and their best practices.
  • Basic knowledge of tools such as Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, or Creator Studio.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with an ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
