About the Job:

We are seeking a Head of Sales and Strategy Asia to join our leadership team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the region.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
  2. Lead a team of business development directors to ensure successful account management and new business development.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and alignment.
  4. Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to measure team and individual performance.
  5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory requirements to inform business strategies.
  6. Represent O&G Distributors Llc at industry events and conferences, building relationships with senior-level executives and thought leaders.
  7. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging existing relationships and networks.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in senior business development roles, preferably in supply chain services or biometrics.
  • Proven track record of delivering business growth and expansion in the Asian market.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing high-performing teams and developing talent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with executives, customers, and partners.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; MBA preferred.
