As a senior sales executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth, developing new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients. You will work closely with Regional Heads to develop and execute sales strategies that meet the needs of our clients and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the North Region, developing tailored solutions to meet the needs of potential clients.
  • Clients Acquisition: Work closely with Regional Heads to acquire new clients, build strong relationships, and develop long-term partnerships.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with Regional Heads to develop and execute sales strategies that drive business growth and exceed sales targets.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and deliver results.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing action plans to address any issues.
Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant field.

Experience:

Overall 7+ years of market experience. B2B Sales experience in HR, Banking, and Software Industries. Preference will be given to candidates from HR Consultancy.

Level of Experience:

Mid-Senior level.
