Job Overview

A motivated and skilled Senior Design Consultant is required to lead our design team and drive brand growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through measurements, 3D design creation, proposal finalization, installation supervision, and post-installation follow-up.
  • Meet sales targets by managing opportunities, processing client quotations/orders, and maintaining strong relationships with architects and contractors.
  • Conduct site visits, oversee verification, point marking, product delivery, and address client complaints effectively.
  • Ensure timely tracking of client payments, coordinate product deliveries, and resolve delays or partial delivery issues.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, architects, and contractors to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Develop visual merchandising strategies for all company stores.
  • Collaborate with the Product Merchandising team to participate in product research and development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the same industry or related fields.
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to project challenges.
  • Knowledge of kitchen, doors, and wardrobe materials, designs, and market trends.
  • Proficiency in design software like CAD, SketchUp, etc.
