Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations professionally.
  • Proven track record of building a positive and inclusive work culture.
