**Service Registration Expert**

This role focuses on managing service agreements presented by manufacturers to partners and handling registration changes requested by clients and partners.

  • Compensate managers, account executives, and all salespeople involved in the service registration/activation process.
  • Resolve discrepancies in registrations; coordinate registration summaries and distribute fully executed agreements to internal and external customer groups.
  • Ensure that all contractual terms and conditions comply with standard or approved business practices.
  • Proactively manage customer information including additions, moves, and changes within the registration and asset database.
  • Retrieve registration confirmations from vendors.
  • Resolve inconsistencies in registration data from vendors/manufacturers, such as erroneous serial numbers, part numbers, purchase dates, and customer contact details.
  • Gather missing information from Sales Representatives and internal departments, like part numbers to be registered, end-user contact information, serial numbers, and reference orders for hardware or warranties.
  • Suggest compatible warranty part numbers to Sales Representatives for incompatible parts ordered, providing them with the necessary information to generate an RMA (Return Material Authorization).
  • Compensate managers and all salespeople engaged in the Service Renewal process.
  • Resolve discrepancies in contracts; coordinate contract summaries and distribute fully executed agreements to internal and external customer groups.
  • Coordinate the renewal and extension of expiring Agreements/contracts.
  • Develop the scope and specifications for professional services and other engagements.
  • Proactively manage customer information including additions, moves, and changes up-to-date within the contract and asset database.
  • Draft and negotiate Service Agreements/contracts with partners and clients.

**Requirements**

* Proficiency in PC Systems and MS Office applications is essential.
* Competency in a service organization environment is required.
* Strong Time Management skills are necessary.
* Teamwork and motivational skills are essential.
* Excellent English Communication skills are required.
