Position: Director (Public Engagement)

Educational Background:

  • 16 Years Education (Bachelor's 4 Years OR Bachelor's 2 Years & Master's 2 Years)
  • Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, Public Administration, or equivalent from HEC Recognized University
  • Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in public relations, community engagement, media planning, and campaign management at a senior level.
  • Proven track record of successful campaign management and media relations.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of multimedia campaigns to raise public awareness about NADRA's services and initiatives.
  • Identify key stakeholders and target audiences; manage outreach efforts to ensure effective communication and engagement.
  • Provide communication and media training to NADRA employees, preparing them for media interactions and interviews.
  • Facilitate public consultations, online and physical Kachehris, surveys, and focus groups to gather valuable feedback on policies and projects.
  • Collaborate with community groups, NGOs, government agencies, and media personnel to enhance NADRA's outreach and engagement efforts.
  • Manage digital platforms, including social media, to foster public interaction and maintain a positive online presence.
  • Draft press releases, manage media relations, and act as NADRA's spokesperson, ensuring timely and accurate communication with the public.
  • Monitor and assess the impact of public engagement efforts, providing regular reports and actionable insights to leadership.

Terms & Conditions:

  • Selected candidate will be hired initially for a contract period of 5 years (extendable if required).
  • Management reserves the right to accept/reject any application without assigning any reason.
  • Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
  • Candidate shall be disqualified if false information is provided.
  • 5 years' relaxation in age is already included in the above age limit.
  • Selected candidate shall provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.
  • Employees serving in Government/Semi-Government departments must provide/attach No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of submission of application.
  • No TA/DA will be admissible.
  • Attested degrees from Higher Education Commission (HEC) must be provided at the time of the interview. In case of a foreign degree, equivalency from HEC will also be submitted.
  • Females, minorities, transgenders, and differently-abled candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Electronic gadgets, mobile phones, smartwatches, etc., will not be allowed during the interview.
  • The deadline for submission of the application is 29th September 2024, and only online applications will be accepted.
