Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our initiatives in Pakistan. As the Program Lead, you will be responsible for managing the launch, delivery, and growth of our program in the country.

The ideal candidate must have at least 10 years of experience in a related field, preferably in education, training, fellowships, and/or leadership development, entrepreneurship. You should have a strong track record of managing stakeholders, building relationships with teams and partners, and leading a team.

You will work closely with our global team to develop and implement strategies that support the growth and success of our program in Pakistan. This includes managing the fellowship outreach, selection, and delivery, as well as accompanying the Foundry members for various internal and external opportunities.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's mission and contribute to the development of leaders who can create positive change in their communities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years of work experience in a related field
  • Experience in group facilitation and adult learning
  • Coaching skills, including the ability to give constructive feedback effectively
  • Experience in fundraising for new ventures
  • Strong operations track record and ability to achieve targets independently
  • Familiarity and exposure to the field of social enterprise and poverty alleviation
