Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Promotion Officer to join our team. As a Sales Promotion Officer, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to healthcare professionals and organizations.

Main Responsibilities
  • To achieve or exceed sales targets through the effective implementation of marketing strategies and promotional tools;
  • To build close relationships with target customers and Key Opinion Leaders to utilize them for scientific activities and maximum prescription generation;
  • To prepare target customer lists as per guidelines, visit them regularly, and communicate product messages effectively resulting in prescription generation and sales;
  • To maintain continued prospecting practices for the induction of new customers in the territory;
  • To plan work schedules and time tables;
  • To plan and implement an effective call plan;
  • To develop strategies to approach potential customers and increase sales;
  • To distribute physician samples to licensed practitioners or dermatologists;
  • To distribute product technical information to healthcare professionals;
  • To demonstrate products;
  • To organize and execute sales presentations;
  • To take sales orders from customers;
  • To develop and present educational programs;
  • To organize group events such as LSPs and RTDs and conferences for healthcare professionals;
  • To maintain detailed records of all contacts and meetings and create reports for submission to managers;
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree holder preferably in biological sciences;
  • Comprehensive understanding of health sciences;
  • Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry;
  • Proven ability to promote and sell products and services;
  • Good product knowledge;
  • On-the-job company training program;
