Job Title: Call Center Representative
Job Summary:This role involves handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner, resolving customer inquiries and requests, and ensuring strong customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have call center experience, good English language skills, and excellent computer and typing skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle inbound calls and emails from customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer inquiries and requests through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
- Evaluate customer feedback and escalate as necessary.
- Identify opportunities for new business development through lead follow-up and research on target clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and tailored solutions.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
- Minimum 6 months of call center experience.
- Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
- Own reliable internet connection, computer, Microsoft office suite, and telephone.
- Strong computer and typing skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented individual.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
