Key Responsibilities:- Talent Sourcing Strategies: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top candidates for IT & Fintech roles.
- Candidate Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and organizational needs.
- Employer Branding: Promote our organization as an employer of choice within the IT industry & Fintech, showcasing our values, culture, and opportunities for growth to attract high-quality applicants.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized database of prospective candidates, ensuring timely follow-up and communication throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements include a bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition is required. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is essential.
