We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for attracting and hiring top talent for various positions across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the IT & Fintech landscape, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to meet recruitment needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize job boards, social media, professional networks, and referral programs to identify potential candidates for IT & Fintech roles.
- Candidate Evaluation: Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' skills and cultural fit for the organization.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and organizational needs. Provide guidance on best practices for interviewing and evaluating candidates.
- Employer Branding: Promote our organization as an employer of choice within the IT industry & Fintech, showcasing our values, culture, and opportunities for growth to attract high-quality applicants.
Requirements include a bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition is required. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is essential.
