Administrative Assistant Role

We require an Administrative Assistant to provide support to our team. This involves managing front-desk responsibilities, creating a welcoming environment for all visitors and team members, and ensuring seamless communication within the organization.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be fluent in English, and possess a friendly demeanor. This is a full-time on-site position that requires the ability to multitask and handle tasks efficiently.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will have prior experience in a similar role and possess strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer and route phone calls promptly and accurately
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (calls, mail, packages)
  • Maintain the front desk and reception area in a tidy and presentable condition
  • Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as assigned
  • Coordinate with internal departments and ensure timely communication

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluency in English is mandatory
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask and handle tasks efficiently
  • Prior experience in a receptionist or front desk role will be a plus
