Lead Generation/Market Research Analyst Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your research skills and expertise in lead generation. As a Lead Generation/Market Research Analyst, you will play a crucial role in identifying and connecting experts with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and sign up experts for client projects.
  • Message potential candidates on LinkedIn and engage them to join the platform.
  • Review expert profiles to ensure they meet the project requirements.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • 0-2 years of experience in lead generation or recruitment (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • An updated LinkedIn account with over 100 connections.
  • Availability to dedicate at least 8 hours per day to this role.

Work Commitment and Performance Metrics:

You will be required to dedicate a consistent effort to meet targets, with flexibility in timing.

Credits are earned when an expert completes the following process:

  1. You source and sign up an expert.
  2. The expert completes any required screening or introductory questions.
  3. The expert is submitted to a client for consideration by the project coordinator.
  4. The client books a call with the expert, which must be completed within 60 minutes.

Each 60-minute call between your expert and the client counts as 1 credit.

Subsequent bookings count as 0.5 credits.

A submission refers to each expert you source who signs up, completes required screening, and is submitted to the client for consideration.


Compensation Structure:

This role operates on a commission-based structure, where you earn rewards based on performance.

For every credit earned:

  1. $80 per credit.
  2. $3 per expert submission.

Total potential earnings can be calculated based on credits and submissions.
