Ticketing and Fares Expert
  • A highly skilled professional is required to manage ticketing processes, optimize fares, and ensure seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of airline operations, geographical nuances, and industry best practices to create new flight bookings on Sabre, NDC, and other booking systems.
  • Identify cost-effective airfares using expert analytical skills and leverage tools like Bargain Finder for optimal results.
  • Manage manual reissues, refunds, and compliance with airline policies and industry standards to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Deliver exceptional customer support via online chat, providing timely and accurate responses to meet customer needs.
  • Proactively manage queues, coordinate schedule changes, and optimize travel arrangements for clients, ensuring a high level of service quality.
  • Navigate between different Passenger Name Record (PNR) Control Centers seamlessly, minimizing disruptions.
  • Apply advanced knowledge of ticketing procedures, including adding promo codes and following instructions meticulously to deliver precise results.
  • Utilize a customer-oriented approach to create offline bookings, follow up with passengers for confirmation, and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Mitigate fraudulent bookings, ensuring transaction integrity and protecting client interests through vigilant monitoring and effective control measures.
  • Facilitate ancillary services, such as extra baggage, meal and seat requests, insurance, and airline name corrections, enhancing the overall customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in ticketing and fare construction within the travel industry.
  • Proficiency in Sabre, Bargain Finder, and other relevant software applications.
  • Strong understanding of airline operations, geographical nuances, and industry best practices to drive informed decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication skills for efficient customer support and relationship building.
  • Ability to manage queues, adapt to shifting priorities, and navigate between PNR Control Centers to achieve operational efficiency.
  • Demonstrated customer-oriented approach and expertise in managing additional services for bookings, leading to enhanced customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of fraud investigation procedures to mitigate potential risks and protect client interests.
