Candidates should possess a minimum of 06 years post-qualification experience, preferably in Oil and Gas / Public Sector.

A Master's degree would be advantageous.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure sufficient ullage remains available in FSRU tanks for safe receipt of LNGC within contractual laytime limit.
  • Develop consolidated Annual Delivery Program (ADP) considering LNG cargoes arrival schedule, terminal outages, and volumetric flow rate demand to meet stakeholders' requirement.
  • Manage contracts between relevant parties.
  • Evaluate Operator's performance to ensure alignment with contractual requirements.
  • Review and approve regas plans according to 90 DS plan received from LNG suppliers.
  • Protect contractual rights by ensuring all parties fulfill obligations as stipulated in the contract.
  • Finalize annual reconciliations of Capacity and Utilization charges based on tonnage processed in contract year.
  • Calculate terminal availability based on SSGC's nominations and daily throughput by EETPL terminals for processing monthly invoices.
  • Conduct Retainage and IMS audits of LNG terminals.
  • Maintain LNG Risk Registers to highlight critical risks and mitigate them timely.
  • Oversee procurement processes regarding Retainage audit & Operation and Safety Procedure (IMS) Audit of EETPL LNG Import terminals.
  • Maintain liaison with stakeholders to ensure uninterrupted supply chains.
  • Review and finalize maintenance plans of LNG terminals.
  • Perform tasks assigned by immediate supervisors.
