Job Title: Project Evaluation Specialist

Seeking a highly skilled professional to evaluate the effectiveness of a project aimed at improving water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) services in Taluka Badin, Pakistan.

  • Evaluate the project's progress toward achieving its outcomes, including sustained Open Defecation Free (ODF) status, behavior change, and strengthened institutional capacity.
  • Assess the project's relevance, efficiency, effectiveness, impact, and sustainability, taking into account the specific context and unique challenges of Taluka Badin.
  • Analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the project's approach and implementation, including partnerships and adaptability to changes in context.

The ideal candidate will have:
