Verification and Distribution Officer Job Description

This role involves coordinating with clients, providing verified leads to professionals, and tracking the progress of aligned projects. As a Verification and Distribution Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth communication with new and existing clients.

  • Coordinating with clients to guarantee seamless communication.
  • Providing verified leads to subscribed professionals on a daily or weekly basis.
  • Updating lead status in the file and following up with professionals after 2-3 days intervals.
  • Aligning at least 70% of verified leads with professionals and keeping track of projects until they are awarded.
  • Sending welcome emails/messages to subscribed professionals and notifying them when their package completes.
  • Sharing leads with the verification officer if the end-user is non-serious or unresponsive.
  • Requesting professionals to update their selected areas according to their package and updating it in the file.
  • Sending lead reports to professionals after verification and sharing a list of completed subscriptions monthly.
  • Maintaining constant follow-up and contact with subscribers to ensure their satisfaction with the company.
Job Requirements
  • Graduation or Master's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the service industry, national NGOs, or international organizations.
