Job Title: Creative Coordinator

Are you a highly organized and proactive individual looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience in coordinating creative projects and managing teams? We are seeking a talented Creative Coordinator to join our team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, review, and manage all incoming creative requests from teams.
  • Accurately transfer creative requests to teams with clear instructions and deadlines.
  • Coordinate follow-ups with teams to ensure progress aligns with project timelines.
  • Collect feedback from stakeholders and communicate revisions clearly to teams.
  • Maintain detailed tracking of all creative requests using tools, including status updates, deadlines, and delivery.
  • Serve as a liaison between teams, fostering smooth collaboration and communication.
  • Prioritize requests and manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.
  • Identify potential bottlenecks and proactively address any delays in the creative process.
  • Assist with documentation and reporting related to workflow efficiency.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a coordinator or project management role, preferably in a creative, marketing, or agency environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Comfortable using project management and collaboration tools.
  • Basic understanding of workflows and terminology is a plus.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and propose solutions.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent command of the English language is required.
