About the Role

We are looking for a Project Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, technically sound, and passionate about utilizing modern AI tools and digital solutions to streamline project workflows. You will play a critical role in planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and with high quality, while driving innovation and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage multiple projects from initiation to closure with a strong focus on meeting deadlines.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technical trends , AI tools , and automation solutions to enhance project efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Developers, Designers, Marketing, etc.) to ensure smooth communication and task delegation.
  • Implement and oversee the use of AI-driven tools to optimize project timelines, reporting, and execution.
  • Track project performance using tools like ClickUp, Jira, Trello, or any other project management platforms.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and management.
  • Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (2-4 years) as a Project Coordinator, Project Manager, or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Notion AI, Zapier, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational andtime management skills with a proven track record of meeting tight deadlines .
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall).
  • Tech-savvy with a good grasp of digital product lifecycles and software development workflows.
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities to manage diverse teams.
  • Ability to analyze problems and implement creative, technical solutions.
