About the Position:

We are a rapidly growing IT company looking for a seasoned Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of the software industry.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and relationship-building.
  3. Create customized business proposals and presentations that showcase our software solutions.
  4. Negotiate and close deals, handling objections and complaints effectively.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up.
  6. Monitor and analyze sales data to optimize our sales strategies.

Requirements:

  1. At least 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development in the American software industry.
  2. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  5. Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
