
Customer Experience Specialist

This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective communication and issue resolution. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions across multiple platforms, including WhatsApp, email, and social media.
To excel in this position, you should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of customer needs, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients.
Detailed Responsibilities- Customer Communication: Respond to customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Record Keeping: Document each customer's question/problem and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management for approvals and updates on customer interactions, issues resolved, and overall performance indicators.
- Social Media Management: Manage and schedule posts across social media platforms using Meta Business Suite.
- Bachelor's Degree: A degree in BBA, Mass Communication, or a related field is required.
- Communication Skills: Good communication and follow-up skills are essential.
- Social Media Proficiency: Knowledge of using social media platforms (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) is necessary.
- Meta Business Suite: Proficient in using Meta Business Suite, running & managing Meta ads.
- MS Office: Proficiency with MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
