We are looking for someone stellar to provide an amazing customer experience to developers globally. Note: This is a Rotational Shift.
In this role you will:- Address and answer inbound customer support requests
- Collaborate with Dev and Business partners to resolve learner-related issues
- Expand support documentation to increase efficiency and accuracy in the support cycle
- Enhance customer satisfaction through a customer-obsessive mentality
- Assist with other company projects as requested
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and juggle multiple priorities resulting in high-quality outcomes
- High level of professionalism with a strong customer focus
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
