The role of Senior Technical Expert requires a deep understanding of product functionality and the ability to analyze complex issues to provide effective solutions.
About the Position:- Must have extensive knowledge of products and services to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Responsible for managing, tracking, and troubleshooting high-level cases for technical support teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical issues affecting customers.
Key responsibilities also include mentoring and training junior engineers to develop their skills and expertise.
What You'll Do:- Analyze and diagnose complex technical issues to provide solutions minimizing user disruption.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for internal and external use.
- Work closely with cross-department teams to identify and address technical issues affecting customers.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to junior engineers.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness of technical support.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-year tenure in Technical Support | Customer Support.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
