Job Summary

BroadPeak Technologies is looking for a seasoned sales professional to fill the role of Senior Sales/Sales Executive. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales, business development, and leadership, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Distribution and Business Development: Directly manage the distribution of our products or services, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
  • Lead Generation and Management: Develop and follow up on business leads, identifying potential opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Sales Team Management: Oversee a team of sales staff, assigning territories, setting sales goals, and establishing training programs to enhance their performance.
  • Quota Achievement and Reporting: Set and achieve sales quotas, maintain accurate records, and generate reports to measure success.
  • New Customer Acquisition and Retention: Foster new customer relationships and generate sales from existing customers, ensuring long-term growth and loyalty.
  • Departmental Processes and Engagement: Develop sales department manuals and customer engagement scripts to standardize processes and improve interactions.
  • Dealer and Distributor Relations: Maintain regular contact with dealers and distributors to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that customer needs are met, and expectations are exceeded through excellent service and support.
  • Territorial Travel and Meetings: Conduct sales calls at various locations, meeting with clients to discuss products or services and address their concerns.
  • KPIs and Performance Monitoring: Adhere to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by management, monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as needed.
