Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in developing and implementing effective sales strategies in collaboration with the marketing team to align with overall initiatives and achieve company goals.
  2. Closing leads generated from active inbound, outbound, and marketing leads, converting prospects into long-term customers.
  3. Deliver product demonstrations to local and global clients, manage pricing discussions within budget parameters, negotiate favorable terms, and successfully close deals.
  4. Manage and nurture key client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction, smooth onboarding, and prompt resolution of queries.
  5. Provide regular updates on sales performance and market trends.
  6. Upsell additional features and services, manage renewals, and continuously engage with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
  7. Implement client steering and growth strategies to mitigate risks and enhance client value.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, account management, and customer success within SAAS organizations.
  3. Strong understanding of sales principles, pricing, and negotiation techniques.
  4. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  5. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  6. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
