Sales and Revenue Growth:
As a Vice President of Sales, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding Recooty's presence in the market. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with Recootty's business objectives, and for leading a high-performing sales team to achieve aggressive revenue targets.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Increase the average deal size and value of new business opportunities.
• Improve the sales team's conversion rates and close ratios.
• Enhance the overall customer experience and satisfaction ratings.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to ensure Recooty remains a market leader.
