B2B Inbound Marketing Team Lead Position Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving measurable results through organic and paid channels, leading cross-functional teams, and continuously optimizing marketing funnels.

Key Responsibilities Strategy & Leadership
  • Develop and implement a holistic B2B inbound marketing strategy that aligns with company goals.
  • Lead a cross-functional team of specialists across PPC, SEO, content, and marketing automation.
PPC & Paid Media
  • Manage paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant B2B networks.
  • Drive MQLs and SQLs through optimized paid channel strategies.
Content Marketing
  • Direct the content calendar and strategy across formats (blogs, whitepapers, case studies, landing pages).
  • Collaborate with internal/external writers and designers to deliver high-quality assets.
SEO & Organic Growth
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve rankings, drive traffic, and increase lead flow.
Analytics & Optimization
  • Create regular reports and dashboards to track ROI, CAC, and conversion metrics.
