Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will identify bugs, validate features, and maintain testing processes.

The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role and be familiar with testing tools such as Postman, Selenium, JMeter, etc. They will also have experience with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies and bug tracking tools like Clickup, Jira, Trello, or similar.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze system specifications and business requirements
  • Collaborate with developers and product managers to design and execute test cases
  • Perform manual and automated testing on web, mobile, and API interfaces
  • Identify, record, and track bugs; verify fixes and regression tests
  • Prepare test data and conduct exploratory testing
  • Report detailed and structured feedback to relevant teams
  • Create and maintain documentation of test plans, test cases, and testing outcomes
  • Contribute to continuous improvements in testing strategies and QA best practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a QA engineer, software tester, or similar role
  • Familiarity with testing tools such as Postman, Selenium, JMeter, etc.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies
  • Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., Clickup, Jira, Trello, or similar)
  • Knowledge of SQL and scripting
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and excellent communication skills
