**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Business Growth Specialist to join our team in Lahore. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for connecting with clients in the USA, pitching our services, and closing deals.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Connect with Clients: Establish strong relationships with potential customers in the USA through cold calls, warm leads, and follow-ups.
  • Pitch Our Services: Offer tailored solutions like website development, custom software, mobile apps, CRM, ERP, and more to meet client needs.
  • Close Deals: Understand client requirements and turn conversations into successful partnerships.
  • Manage Leads: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Team Up: Collaborate closely with the sales team to hit and exceed targets.
  • Deliver Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service to nurture lasting relationships.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 6 months to 1 year of USA calling experience.
  • Skills: Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Language: Fluent English with a neutral or American accent.
  • Proven Closer: Track record of closing deals over the phone.
  • Digital Expertise: Knowledge of website and software services is a bonus.
  • Availability: Ready to work in USA time zones.

Location and Timings:

Johar Town Lahore, 6pm to 3am timings.
