Job Summary

The HR Executive is responsible for managing various human resource functions at TheHiringl, ensuring smooth operations and supporting the workforce with policies and procedures that align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities1. Human Resource Operations
  • Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll processing, and benefits administration.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company guidelines, maintaining accurate employee records and adhering to regulatory requirements.
2. Talent Management
  • Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including job postings, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and coordinating hiring decisions.
  • Conduct thorough background verification and reference checks to ensure candidate suitability.
3. Employee Experience & Engagement
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, fostering a sense of belonging and driving team morale.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, resolving grievances professionally and maintaining a positive work culture.
4. Performance Management & Training
  • Develop and implement performance review systems, providing constructive feedback and coaching to drive employee growth and development.
  • IDentify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs, equipping employees with essential skills and knowledge.
5. Compliance & Risk Management
  • Ensure HR policies are up-to-date, compliant with labor laws, and aligned with company guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation, adhering to legal requirements and regulations.
6. Analytics & Insights
  • Collect and analyze HR data, generating reports on workforce analytics and tracking key metrics like turnover rates, attendance, and employee satisfaction.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to inform business decisions, driving strategic initiatives and improving overall HR effectiveness.
