Key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Client Engagement & Reporting
    • Track client program progress using backend data, analyzing trends and opportunities for improvement.
    • Prepare internal meeting materials and client updates, summarizing progress and communicating effectively.
  • Operations & Administration
    • Maintain accurate inventory records, update client and deal data in CRM systems, and ensure shipping documents are well-organized.
    • Conduct research to support internal processes and cross-team initiatives, maintaining tidy spreadsheets and tracking tools.

We're looking for a skilled professional proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, with experience in operations, administration, or client coordination. Bonus points if you have experience with CRM systems like Pipedrive or Custify.
