We are currently seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our organization.

About the Role
  • This is a leadership position that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • They will also be responsible for supervising a team of accountants and providing guidance and support to ensure that all financial tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Additional responsibilities include reviewing and analyzing financial data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to optimize financial performance.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, preferably with a degree in accounting or a related field.
  • They will also need to have relevant work experience, preferably in a leadership role, and be certified in accounting (MA/ACCA/CA).
  • A solid understanding of accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel, is essential for this role.
  • The successful candidate will be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, as well as strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
