Mid-Senior Payroll Consultant Role

Improve your career by taking on a challenging role as a mid-senior payroll consultant. This position involves working with clients to analyze their payroll requirements and design scalable solutions.

  • Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) for clients worldwide.
  • Work closely with clients, HR teams, and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of projects.
  • Perform testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to ensure high-quality services.

As a mid-senior payroll consultant, you will be responsible for configuring payroll schemas, rules, and integration with EC and third-party systems. You will also need to stay up-to-date with local payroll laws and regulations.

Required Skills:

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Payroll, with at least 2+ years in SuccessFactors ECP.
  • Deep knowledge of payroll processes, schemas, rules, and off-cycle processing.
  • Experience with EC and ECP integration via PTP (Point-to-Point).
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
