Finance Transformation Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant with proven expertise in implementing and optimizing core financial and supply chain modules within Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of General Ledger: chart of accounts, financial dimensions, and fiscal calendars. Additionally, they will have hands-on experience with Accounts Payable (AP): vendor setup, invoice processing, payment journals, and vendor settlements.

A further requirement is proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR): customer invoicing, collections, and payment matching. Experience with Cash and Bank Management: bank reconciliation, cash flow forecasting, and fund transfers is also essential.

Furthermore, the successful candidate should have knowledge of Fixed Assets: asset creation, depreciation methods, and disposal processes. They will also be required to implement and optimize core supply chain modules: Inventory Management, Procurement, Sales, Warehouse Management, and Transportation Management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and maintain functional architecture and configuration standards for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain modules.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective D365 Finance and Supply Chain solutions.
  • Configure and implement modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash and Bank Management, Fixed Assets, Inventory Management, Procurement, Sales, Warehouse Management, and Transportation Management.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing or supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (or AX).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of cross-functional teams.
