Account Manager Role

We're looking for a highly-driven and motivated professional to join our team in {location}. The ideal candidate will have a track record as a significant individual contributor – comfortable working independently, whilst working closely with the management team.

  • Responsibilities include driving incremental orders, ensuring retention, exclusivity & stronger relationships with vendors at 360-degree optimization of business performance, growth, and experience enhancement.
  • The role involves helping drive better experiences by training restaurant staff, collaborating with operations/owners to improve menu displays, sharing reports and working with marketing teams to create promotions/events and optimize performance.
  • The successful candidate will identify and implement newer value-add initiatives and be proactive in finding solutions, e.g. exclusive partnerships with key accounts either offline or on foodpanda with targeted monthly growth as the main KPI.
  • The job also includes ensuring delivery photography of top key accounts, deal acquisition for monthly and event-based campaigns, monitoring logistics performance on a daily/weekly basis, reducing issue rates or fail rates.
  • Additionally, the Account Manager will work with internal cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements to deliver strategies and develop tactical implementation plans, manage cross-functional project plans, risks & issues, blockers & actions.
Qualifications
  • 1.5 years of account directorship experience
  • Negotiations and communications skills
