Specialty Chemical Sales Role

We market and distribute a unique portfolio of industrial raw materials.

A broad distribution network spans 34 countries across Asia, Africa, and the Middle East.

About the Position

You will drive business growth, foster customer relationships, and deliver technical solutions aligned with market needs.

Key responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, executing daily sales activities, and staying up-to-date on industry trends.

You will combine technical expertise with relationship-building to expand our customer base while ensuring high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong value-driven customer relationships in the polymers and rubber industries.
  • Proactively identify and manage sales opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Promote and sell polymer and rubber additives to achieve defined targets.
  • Provide technical support, including product demonstrations, troubleshooting, and responding to customer inquiries.
  • Understand and respond to evolving market needs and customer requirements.
  • Conduct regular market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and product demand.
  • Propose value-added products and solutions that strengthen our offering.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and weekly visit/activity summaries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Polymer Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with customers and internal teams.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in sales of raw materials, industrial, or specialty chemicals within the rubber and plastics industry.
