As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition, retention, and ROI through strategic planning, execution, and optimization of paid marketing campaigns across various digital platforms.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Campaign Planning and Execution: Develop and manage paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and other platforms to drive revenue growth.
- Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates, to optimize results.
- Ad Optimization and Testing: Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and campaign creatives to ensure maximum impact.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with design and content teams to create high-performing ads and effectively present campaign performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in digital/performance marketing.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Insights.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution tools.
- Basic understanding of SEO, email marketing, and funnel strategies is a plus.
