Job Title: Data Engineering Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Engineering Lead to lead technical discussions with international clients, build scalable data solutions, and ensure successful project transitions.

This is a key position for engineers with a strong background in modern data stack tools and the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project discovery and onboarding calls with clients to understand their data engineering needs.
  • Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines (ETL/ELT) and warehouse models to support business growth and scalability.
  • Support data ingestion from multiple sources including APIs, files, databases, etc. and develop strategies for efficient data processing.
  • Present architecture plans, data flows, or mini POCs as needed to facilitate effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal data and software teams for handoffs and delivery of high-quality data solutions.
  • Help customize client-facing portfolios with data case studies to showcase expertise and capabilities.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Data Engineering roles with a strong track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Proficiency in tools like Python, SQL, Airflow, DBT, Kafka, and cloud data platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
  • Strong knowledge of data modeling, warehousing (Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake), and API integrations.
  • Prior experience in building production-grade data pipelines with a focus on scalability, performance, and reliability.
  • Solid grasp of performance optimization, version control, and CI/CD in data projects.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be available for regular meetings and collaborations.
