Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in Business Administration (HR) and at least 5 years of experience in HR and Recruitment. They should also have working exposure in an overseas placement agency and knowledge of overseas processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies for overseas placement promotional activities.
  • Liaise with overseas agents to facilitate the applications process and ensure they are up-to-date on company developments.
  • Maintain reference documents related to the United States, Canada, Europe, and Middle East, and provide advice and recommendations to enable staff to gauge qualifications correctly.
  • Provide comprehensive information on salary packages, allowances, taxes, accommodation, and travelling to potential clients.
  • Offer professional support and advice on recruitment to line and departmental managers.
  • Advise managers on best practice recruitment and selection.
  • Prepare job descriptions and person specifications.
  • Write job advertisements and decide how and where jobs will be advertised.
  • Design or revise application forms, including developing online processes.
  • Prepare other recruitment material depending on the type of organisation.
  • Develop creative recruitment solutions if the organisation is experiencing difficulties in attracting the appropriate level and quality of staff.
  • Screen application forms and shortlist applicants.
  • Devise, run, and evaluate selection processes including interviews, psychometric tests, personality questionnaires, and various group activities.
  • Keep up-to-date with current employment legislation and ensure line managers are effectively briefed on any relevant changes.
  • Run selection centres for graduate recruitment and more senior vacancies.
  • Train staff in interviewing techniques and on the role of the assessor at a selection centre.
  • Develop plans to relocate staff to new departments and jobs due to restructuring within an organisation.
  • Assist in the implementation of redundancy programmes, which may include the development of early retirement packages and voluntary redundancy schemes.

  • Excellent Communication Skills in English
