Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and managing client relationships.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality proposals, researching potential business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure project success.
Main Responsibilities:- Proposal Development: Create compelling proposals for projects on Freelancer.com and Upwork, highlighting our value proposition and showcasing our expertise.
- Business Opportunity Identification: Research and identify potential revenue streams, leveraging industry trends and market analysis to inform our business strategy.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure projects meet client expectations, and provide regular feedback to improve our business development strategies.
- Negotiation and Closure: Negotiate and close deals with clients, aligning with our company goals and values.
- Proposal Writing Experience: Proven experience in writing successful proposals for projects on Freelancer.com and Upwork.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate our value proposition effectively.
- Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Independence and Organization: Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects, with excellent organizational skills.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in a business development or sales role is highly desirable.
- Competitive Salary: A competitive salary of 50,000 PKR/month.
