Lead Credit Specialist

A leading fintech firm seeks a seasoned professional to oversee its credit and collections operations.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective credit risk management strategies to minimize losses and optimize revenue growth.
  • Manage a team of credit analysts and collectors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute lending products and services that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities for strategic expansion and improvement.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Ph.D. preferred)
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in credit risk management, lending, or collections, preferably in fintech or financial services
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in credit and lending
  • Proficiency in English and Urdu
