  • Align software development processes with product roadmaps and release deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Develop detailed product feature tickets for the development team, fostering collaboration and open communication.
  • Evaluate and track release cycles, coordinating with development, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless project management.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on new feature ideas based on company vision and customer feedback, driving innovation and growth.
  • Analyze areas for improvement within development teams and focus on developing skill sets, promoting professional development and success.
  • Assist with hiring and coordinating interviews for product development and engineering teams, helping build a strong and diverse talent pool.
  • Advocate for customers throughout the product design and development process, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
Key Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Information Sciences, Software Engineering, or related fields.

2-3 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Program Manager, with a proven track record of successfully leading multiple projects simultaneously.

Advanced knowledge of Project Management principles and practices, including Agile software development methodologies and development planning tools like Jira.

High-level understanding of software development timelines and releases, with excellent organizational and time management skills.

Skilled in creative problem-solving, taking initiative, and communicating effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
