As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the entire hiring process, including preparing job advertisements, reviewing applications, shortlisting candidates, and facilitating interviewing and selecting processes.

You will conduct thorough job analysis of positions requested on our human resources management system. This will involve creating detailed job descriptions and specifications, along with key performance indicators.

In addition, you will play an active role in employee workload calculations and update job descriptions for multiple departments as needed. You will work closely with our creative department to design and coordinate job ads, ensuring they meet our needs and requirements.

You will also be responsible for placing job ads on various platforms, including social media, Rozee, and other job portals. Circulating job ads through WhatsApp and other mediums is also part of your responsibilities.

Your duties will include maintaining a comprehensive database of CVs, both in soft and hard copy formats. You will review CVs, perform initial screenings, and schedule interviews for suitable candidates.

Additionally, you will conduct telephonic interviews, schedule face-to-face interviews, and arrange panel interviews according to our HR policy. You will generate interview schedules and send them to all stakeholders.

Performance reference checks, background checks, and assurance checks related to new hires will be conducted by you. You will support the HR Manager in implementing our HR manual and suggest improvements to policies, procedures, and working environment.

Your expertise will also be essential in keeping abreast of best practices in HR management, particularly in recruitment. Participation in planning and organizing extracurricular activities and events for employees is another aspect of your role.

Maintaining knowledge of employment-related laws in countries where we operate is crucial. Issuing or blocking official credentials at employee joining or leaving times requires documentation requests to the IT department. Requesting official assets for employees involves coordinating with the IT and Admin departments.

Excellent communication skills are required to interact with all levels of staff and management, as assigned by the HR Manager. Your data analysis skills will help create reports on CVs, recruitment, and other relevant data to be submitted to the HR Manager regularly.

You will possess a bachelor's degree or a master's degree in human resources management and have 2-4 years of experience in core HR fields.
