Job Title: Provincial Manager-Baluchistan

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Provincial Manager-Baluchistan, leading our team in community health initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple grants and programs, ensuring effective interaction with stakeholders including communities, donors, and government agencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the organization in Baluchistan for GF Malaria grant, managing stakeholder relations and program implementation.
  • Maintain relations with government departments at provincial and district levels; facilitate official communications and agreements.
  • Collaborate with the Support Resource (SR) to ensure program standards, address implementation gaps, and deliver quality outputs.
  • Assist in identifying needs and developing proposals for new funding opportunities.
  • Facilitate strategic planning aligned with organizational guidelines.
  • Supervise administration, logistics, HR, and finance activities for compliance.
  • Ensure achievement of program objectives as per grant agreements.
  • Implement monitoring and evaluation procedures for transparency and impact measurement.
  • Manage timely submission of reports.
  • Provide technical support as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or equivalent.
  • 5-7 years of management experience handling multiple grants and programs.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills.
